Delivery charges

All UK orders are sent by Parcelforce 48 tracked delivery. The charge is based on the total weight of your order:

Up to 5kg: £12.99
5kg to 10kg: £14.99
10kg to 20kg: £19.99
20kg to 30kg: £23.99
Over 30kg (sent as two parcels): £45.99

Hinges, handles and knobs – Royal Mail 1st Class

Hinges, cabinet handles (up to 360 mm long) and knobs are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch:

Up to 2kg: £5.90
2kg to 10kg: £10.90
10kg to 20kg: £16.90

If your order also contains items sent by Parcelforce, both delivery charges are added together at checkout.

Dispatch

We dispatch from Peterborough on a tracked service, normally the same or next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Parcelforce 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands, may take longer.

Large items

Longer items such as pull-out drawer systems and wardrobe fittings are delivered by Parcelforce to the door; please make sure someone can take the parcel in.

Checking your delivery

Please check your order when it arrives. Tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged in transit, with photos of the item and outer packaging, and within 7 days if anything is missing. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.
