How to choose wardrobe storage

Pull-out wardrobe storage turns a plain hanging space into a fitted bedroom: shoe drawers, wire and rattan baskets, organiser trays and trouser racks that slide out on soft-close full-extension runners, and a hydraulic pull-down rail that brings the top rail down to you. All genuine GTV, all in UK stock.

Match the size to your wardrobe

The pull-outs are made for 600, 700, 800 and 900 mm wide carcasses and adjust by around ±58 mm, so measure the inside width between the side panels and pick the nearest size. They need about 485 mm of internal depth. The pull-down rail is telescopic and comes in three ranges – 545–700, 645–910 and 875–1200 mm inner width – and carries up to 8 kg of clothes.

What goes where

  • Shoe drawers – two-tier wire or solid-shelf drawers for the bottom of the wardrobe; 600–900 mm.
  • Wire and rattan baskets – jumpers, bags and folded clothes; a run of two or three baskets replaces a chest of drawers.
  • Organiser drawers – divided trays for belts, watches, jewellery and ties, at eye level.
  • Trouser hangers – pull-out rails for 10–12 pairs of trousers, fitted under the hanging rail.

Fitting

Every pull-out comes with its runners fitted and fixing screws included. Screw the runners to the wardrobe side panels, level and square, leaving a few millimetres above the unit below. Choose white, black or anthracite frames to suit the wardrobe interior. The "Will it fit?" checker on each product page confirms your width and depth before you order.
