Every order goes by Parcelforce 48, tracked. Pop your tracking number in below, or sign in to see all your orders in one place.

Track a parcel

Your Parcelforce tracking number is in the dispatch email we sent you. It starts with two letters and is followed by numbers, for example PB1234567890.

That doesn't look like a Parcelforce number – check the dispatch email and try again.

Can't find the email? Sign in to your account with the email address you ordered with – no password needed, we send you a one-time code – and every order is listed with its status and tracking link.

What happens after you order

  1. Order confirmedYou get an order confirmation email straight away with your order number (it starts with #).
  2. Picked and packed in PeterboroughSame or next working day, Monday to Friday. Everything is held in stock here, nothing is dropshipped.
  3. Dispatched with Parcelforce 48You get a dispatch email with the tracking number. Parcelforce deliver within two working days and will text or email you on the day if you gave a mobile number.
  4. DeliveredCheck the parcel on arrival. Any damage in transit, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort it.
